SHIPPING

All products will be dispatched within 4 days of payment received. Once the product is sent the buyer will be informed by email of the consignment note and details of the courier company and it could take up to 5 to 9 business days to come to your door. (However, some of the remote area in the Australia might take longer)

if delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign or receive the product it will be deemed as an authority to leave transaction and the product will be left at the address of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment at buyers cost & shipped to the red carpet in its original wrapping with no singes of use or damage, notification of the return consignment note to be emailed to our office and full exchange up to the same value will be provided as credit note which will be valid for 6 month from the issue date available for the buyer by email.

INTERSTATE PURCHASES

All products will be shipped within 4 days of purchase with additional freight cost depending on your state, we recommend to contact our office for the best quotations.
